Rapidgators Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the file storage and sharing service (the "Service") provided by Rapidgators.to ("Rapidgators", "we", "our", or "us"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf, and that the organization agrees to indemnify both you and Rapidgators for any violations.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms or our policies at any time, at our sole discretion. All changes take effect immediately upon being posted on our website at https://rapidgators.to. By continuing to use the Service after such updates are posted, you accept the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. If you disagree with any updates, you must stop using the Service.
Customer Data and the Service
"Customer Data" refers to all files, information, photos, or other content you upload while using the Service, including any blog comments on the site. Rapidgators is a cloud platform offering access from anywhere and data backup. Free and premium accounts are available, with differences outlined on our website.

Registration Information
When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
- Update your information to keep it accurate and current;
- Accept responsibility for any unauthorized access to your registration data.
License and Restrictions
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Service. You must not:
- Share performance metrics of the Service publicly;
- Use data mining, bots, or similar tools to extract data;
- Download parts of the site except for standard page caching;
- Use the Service outside its intended purpose.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use reasonable security practices and comply with all laws relevant to your use of the Service. You are responsible for:
- Anyone using your access credentials;
- Anyone who gains access due to your lack of security precautions.
Inactive Files and Content Restrictions
Files uploaded to free accounts must be downloaded at least once every 30 days or they will be permanently deleted without the ability to recover them.
You are prohibited from uploading content that is:
- Obscene, harassing, violent, hateful, or otherwise offensive;
- Infringes on others' copyrights or trademarks;
- Illegal or promotes criminal activity;
- Contains viruses or malicious code;
- Disruptive to the Service or other users.
Fair Use Policy
Free users and unregistered visitors are limited to:
- Download speeds of up to 300 kilobits per second
- A maximum of 3 file downloads per day
- 2 file downloads per hour
- Download file size limited to 300 MB
- A required 15-minute interval between downloads
Premium users have larger download limits, depending on the subscription. The upload limit is:
- 5 GB per file for regular users
- Up to 80 GB per file for Premium users or those using FTP upload
Account Misuse
You may not:
- Use Premium accounts for "debrid" services
- Participate in affiliate programs just to obtain discounted premium plans for resale
- Share your account login with others
- Advertise using "rapidgators" or similar brand keywords in search engines
Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund and blocking of your network access to Rapidgators.
Premium Accounts
Upgrades to Premium Accounts provide added bandwidth and storage. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled, and you are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase. If payment fails, Rapidgators may downgrade your account and limit your access.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Premium Account anytime from your profile settings, which also stops automatic renewals.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only granted within 24 hours of the original charge, and only if the account has not been used (i.e., no file uploaded or bandwidth used). If your account has been used in any way, no refund will be provided.
Delivery Policy
Premium features are enabled immediately after successful payment and are delivered online via your rapidgators account.
Third-Party Content
We may display content from external sources or links to third-party websites. Rapidgators does not control or endorse such content and is not responsible for its accuracy or use. Use at your own risk.
Advertisements and External Services
We may present third-party advertisements or promotions. Any engagement or transactions with these third parties are strictly between you and them. Rapidgators is not responsible for any issues or losses arising from such interactions.
Ownership
Rapidgators retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all intellectual property and developments from service use. "Intellectual Property Rights" includes copyrights, trademarks, patents, and other rights recognized in any jurisdiction.
Trademarks
All Rapidgators logos, slogans, and branding on the site are protected trademarks and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission. Unauthorized use in domains, ads, or marketing is strictly forbidden and will result in affiliate account termination without refund.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance. Rapidgators is not liable for any losses resulting from use of the Service, including data loss. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies, at our sole discretion.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold Rapidgators and its team harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from your use of the Service, breach of the Terms, or content you upload.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Lost profits, revenue, or data
- Business interruption
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service. This clause remains in effect even if any remedy fails its essential purpose.
Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate your access if you breach any of these Terms.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other laws, Rapidgators may terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. Access to the Service may also be limited at our discretion for first-time or non-repeat offenders who violate others' rights.
BRAM Violations - Strictly Forbidden Content
The following types of content are strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate account termination:
- Child abuse, rape or extreme violence, scat, coprophilia, snuff
- Bestiality
- Drugged, hypnotized, or sleeping individuals involved in sexual content
- Drunken exploitation or similar content
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any legal action or proceedings will be brought in UK courts, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for any failure or delay due to causes beyond their control, including:
- Natural disasters (fire, flood, earthquake)
- Civil unrest or government action
- Power outages or internet disruption
- Labor strikes, viruses, cyberattacks, or third-party actions
Delays due to these events will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.
